Trudgery abound
Wheeled between pillar and post
Tubed and prodded
Rolled and turned
Quizzed and questioned
Smiles and frowns clear
Scratching of heads seen
Stiched,stapled and bandaged
Body thrown through traumas unknown
Blood let and drugged to the eyeballs
This is the form of the patients day
Guinea Pig of the state
For science and medical advance
No care to your career or advancement
Time is thier to waste to acheive
Rules flouted and actions delayed
We the cadaver told to be patient
Relax and recover
What about the person or the family
No care given at all

In the depths of dispare
I dwell in its squaller
Sullen and grey
Passified by pain and torture
Medicated too oblivion
Family and friends
Cast thier gaze over my living shell
Masked smile animamatronic nod of head
Robotic steps one after the other
Dipressive and fearful
I huddle in my tight ball
No enemy or friend can break through
How is this deamed survival
A note or tune
Strikes a match within
Fires egnite burning slow
Higher and higher there energies rise
Colour Emblazen my flesh
Emotion returns to my motion
Stick in hand I stride
Head held high I fight
Concealment no longer my domain
Exterior function returns
The look of amazement and wonder
Clearly Visable on all the faces
Surrounding me
Pitty falls from grace exchanged for pride
This inner light continues to burn
Fed by heart,friendship and determination
I am the light the mobilizations
The fight is continual
Victories many as the war is faught
The guiding light consumes

The contempt you wield
For my existence
My loyalty too my life
The ability too strip me of dignity
My empowered soul screams
The assistance never arrives
Silent screaming of sinues
The howls from a troubled mind
You smirk at my attempts
To conform to the expected
Normalities guise is tattered
Damb you disfunction
Your mental physicality
Putrifies souls dragging them down
But I will not lie down
I will never cease to strive
I am a lion
The true warrior
Countermanding your orders
Is my right
This will defile your attempts
Throw asunder your reign
And allow me and my fellow sufferers
To live life too the full
And rise high out of your enforced mire pit
To emblazened highs never thought possible
We will win I will lead the contingents
I have and will forever
Dispell and devour your bile
So others do not have too
You may take our bodies and minds
But our freedoms are our own
To shine and make aware our brilliance

There are thousands of tasks that involve levers from nodding your head to how a drawbridge works. And a large majority of people have a limited understanding of how this process works. Pictures like the one above and others that will appear throughout this blog will hopefully assist in understanding and proper implantation of personal and Exterior lever systems.

Within the human body there are many active levers throughout its mass and length. The jaw too your ankles and toes, this is why when exercising and toning full range of movement and proper push and pull exercises are important to maintain balance and symitary. By good practice this builds up stronger joints and can limit injuries and speed up recovery. There are 3 types of lever 1st class 2nd class and 3rd class.

And we also employ many lever systems in our day too day lives scissors,pushing wheel barrows too loading your fork at dinner. The growth of knowledge in understanding these processes isn’t just good for health and fitness but also for work,d I y ,hobbies and many other tasks.
80+% of injuries at work are simple moving and handling incidents wich is knowing how to employ and activate your bodies lever systems too move or lift an object.
So lever control assists health and safety on a social scale. It’s mind-blowing how important that levers are and how proper practices and following of instructions limits the impact on all around you aswell as self-help reliance.

There are many differing types of treatment for muscle injuries from simple sprains too torn muscles.
   After 20+ years in sport and fitness as an athlete and 20+ as coach and physio for various teams and clubs at all levels.
  I found it very important to provide the players and staff with a mental and physical first aid to muscle treatment.
  (Always seek medical advice for and injury)

Why show these, most people dont know what muscles are what, where they are or what is around them.

Do you have:

Mustard powder
Malt/Apple Viniger
Lavander oil
Epsom Salts
Ibuprophen gel+tablets
Tube a grip bandage
A bath
Foot spa
Ice
Frozen veg
Heat rub or spray

Mustard Powder: This is inexpencive but a brilliant aid for aches and pain in muscles.
1) Use in a really hot bath (as hot ss you can take) and soak for as long as you can. The mustard will penitrate your pours and work on the miluscle from the inside out.
(Same in a foot spa)
2) make into a paste and rub onto skin and bandage as with the bath it will soak onto skin and assist the muscle from within.
Apple/malt vinigar used in congunction with warm/hot water as a soak or with lemon, kale, water as a drink to supply the body with anti oxidants .
Lavander oil: used as a rub or a soak helps muscles relax assisting regeneration.
Epsom salts a spoonfull in a warm/hot bath
Ibruprophen gel : applied to the area of pain it helps releave and take swelling down in area surrounding muscle.
Ice: fill a bath with ice and sit in it add some water half and half. The cold will assist the body to regenarate and heal by pumping blood to the muscles providing nutrient rich blood to the area and taking swelling down.

Hot and cold treatment heat followed by cold will assist the regeneration process.
